Karate Taught By Taekwondo-Arnis Academy
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art emphasizing physical
fitness and traditional values of courtesy, perseverance,
self-control, integrity and indomitable spirit. Arnis is a
Filipino martial art oriented toward practical
self-defense. Both Arnis and Taekwondo are taught in the
class each Tuesday and Thursday.
