TAI CHI

Tai Chi for Beginners

Develop coordination, balance and flexibility through harmonious motion and gentle exercise.

This class is open to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Thursdays 7 – 8 PM at the Mount Airy Senior and Community Center. Contact instructor for start date. $56.00 for 8 weeks.
